STELLOYD OPT. · BOOKING POLICY

Start with
a conversation.

Our booking process is designed to give both sides a clear understanding of the requirement before project work begins.

Effective immediately
HOW BOOKING WORKS

An enquiry is
not a payment.

When you submit a booking or consultation request, we first review the information provided and contact you to discuss the requirement.

The project scope, deliverables, timing and fee are discussed before payment is requested. This means you have a clear understanding of what is being agreed before the project begins.

THE BOOKING ROUTE

Four straightforward steps.

01 ENQUIRE

Tell us what you need.

Submit the booking or contact form with your preferred service, proposed date and a brief description of your requirement.

02 DISCUSS

We discuss the requirement.

We contact you to understand the process, workflow or documentation requirement and clarify the information needed for the work.

03 CONFIRM

The project is defined.

The agreed scope, deliverables, expected timing and project fee are confirmed before the project moves forward.

04 PAYMENT

Payment is arranged.

Once the project details have been agreed, the payment arrangement is provided. Project work then proceeds according to the agreed schedule.

01

Making a booking request

You can submit a booking request through the website by selecting the service you are interested in and providing the requested contact and requirement details.

A preferred date or time included in the form is a request rather than a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to discuss availability and the requirement before confirming the arrangement.

Important

Submitting the form does not automatically confirm a project, appointment or payment.

02

Information we may need

To understand your requirement, we may ask for additional information about the process, workflow, documentation or business activity you would like us to review.

The amount of information required will depend on the service and the scope being discussed.

03

Confirmation before payment

We will discuss the proposed work with you before asking you to make payment.

The relevant project details will normally include the service, scope of work, expected deliverables, estimated timing and applicable fee.

Payment is only arranged after these details have been discussed and the project has been accepted.

04

Preferred dates and times

Any date or time entered through the website should be treated as a preference rather than a guaranteed appointment.

We will discuss the proposed timing with you and confirm a suitable arrangement before the booking is treated as confirmed.

REQUESTED Your preferred date

Provided through the enquiry form.

CONFIRMED Agreed timing

Confirmed after discussion.

05

Payment arrangements

No payment is taken simply because a booking request has been submitted through the website.

Once the requirement and project scope have been confirmed, we will provide the applicable payment arrangement.

Payment is then made according to the agreed project terms before the relevant project work begins.

If your requirement changes

If your requirement changes after the initial discussion, please let us know before the project begins.

We can review the revised requirement and, where necessary, discuss an updated scope, deliverables, timing or fee before proceeding.

Additional work will not normally be treated as part of the original scope unless it has been agreed.

07

Cancelling a booking

If you need to cancel or change a confirmed booking or project, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Cancellation and refund arrangements are handled in accordance with the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and any specific arrangements agreed for the project.

08

When the project begins

A project normally begins once the scope has been agreed, the payment arrangement has been completed and the information required for the work is available.

If information or documents needed for the agreed work are not yet available, the project start may be adjusted accordingly.

09

Project records

Information provided through a booking request may be used to understand and manage the enquiry, arrange discussions and provide the requested service.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
